Here at K.C.R School Of Dance we pride ourselves on giving the best training in dance & theatre arts that money can buy.

We are committed to producing young dancers that could have the option of taking dance as a career, whether it be teaching, performing or as a choreographer.

We make ballet a COMPULSORY lesson for every student who joins the dance school. This is because ballet is the foundation of ALL other dance genres. Ballet gives you the discipline, strength, posture and technique required to become masterful at any genre of dance or theatre arts.

We believe the joy of dance comes from the hard work and dedication between student & teacher. Dance is an art and a discipline. As you improve through hard work, you will learn not only how to become a beautiful dancer, but you will learn to LOVE dance.

In order to become a well rounded dancer, able to ANYTHING thrown at you, we believe it is important to take advantage of as many of the styles we offer as possible. This is why we offer discount prices and packages for the more lessons you attend.

We will be working towards I.S.T.D dance exams throughout the year. This will give children and students structure and realistic goals with their dance training. The exams start from primary and progress all the way through to Advanced 2 Level qualifications. These exam classes give you the technique required to become a successful dancer.

Our Jazz/Street/Commercial/Auditional Teachnique/Musical Theatre classes are non-exam based. This is a much less formal lesson. This class is aimed at providing our students with performance skills, audition skills, flexibility and the ability to pick up choreography of ALL different styles of jazz dance.

Alongside our weekly classes, we will be taking part in dance school productions, summer schools and festivals and competitions. We believe that the performance side of dance and theatre is equally as important as developing the technique.
